Summer Days
I've noticed that after you leave high school, the summer is no longer what you once thought it was.
Growing up I used to love the summer. After an academic year full of classes, the summer was the time to sit back and relax, but now - not so much. Almost everyone I know is doing 'something' with their summer. No one is really relaxing.
Some are doing internships, some are working on their resume, and some are studying for classes. Maybe it's just Emory, but maybe it's just the real world.
I guess it's almost like field trips. You used to do a lot of them growing up, but then they slowed down and now they are virtually gone.
